LIABILITY NOTE: We ask that all players respect social distancing guidelines during classes and provide their own equipment including water. Balls will be provided by MTA, unless noted, and hand sanitizer will be available at the courts.

By registering andd participating in any individual or group activity sponsored by the Midlothian Tennis Association (MTA), or by allowing my child to participate in any individual or group activity sponsored by the MTA, I understand and acknowledge the risks of the possibility of contracting or spreading COVID-19. I hereby release the MTA from any and all liability and waive any rights I, or my child may have, to bring a claim against the MTA, its volunteers, officers, or participants, in the event, I or my child, or anyone for whom I am responsible, contracts COVID-19 resulting from such participation.


Men's League and Ladies League:

Bracket play for 3.0+ players in a Flex League format. Players play

one match per week, assigned by league commisssioner, and

scheduled themselves. Leagues are 7 week round robin

followed by end of season tournament.

Cost including Resident Parks Department fee:

          $60 per player - (Payment made via UTR site.)

Ladies Play Night:     12 weeks

Mondays at 7 p.m. starting August 17

Tuesdays at 7 p.m. starting August 18

Play Nights are for intermediate and advanced players. Choose to play one night or both. Singles or doubles options will be available. Balls will be provided. Players will be assigned a court based on level, so whether you've been playing competitively or are getting back into the game, this is the place for you.

     Cost including Resident Parks Department fee:

          One night: $50          Two nights: $60

Adult Beginner Lessons:

Tuesdays - August 18-Sept. 8 • 7-8:30 p.m. (4 weeks)

Class is for beginners to 2.0 players.

     Cost including Resident Parks Department fee:

      $60 per session

Youth Beginner Lessons:    Kindergarten - 8th Grade

Sundays - September 13-October 18 (6 weeks)

K-4th Grade:          4-5 p.m.

5th-8th Grade:       5-6 p.m.

This class is for beginners including those new to tennis. Children should wear athletic clothing/shoes and bring their own water and racquet.  Balls will be provided by MTA.

     Cost including Resident Parks Department fee:

     $60 per player

Youth Intermediate Lessons:    3rd Grade - 8th Grade

MTA works with private coaches to offer group lessons for intermediate to advanced players. Please email TENNISMIDLOTHIAN@GMAIL.COM for information and include your player's grade, school and playing ability.

NOTE:  For those outside of Midlothian city limits, you must pay the additional required parks fee.
